an estimate, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use this Site or our services.
2. Services
Rocky Mountain Windows & Doors, Inc. is a licensed and insured General Contractor
offering window and door installation, replacement, and new construction services
throughout the Wasatch Front, including Salt Lake City, Orem, Provo, and surrounding
areas in Utah.
All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and execution of a separate written
agreement or signed estimate.
3. Estimates and Quotes
Estimates provided by Rocky Mountain Windows & Doors are based on information
available at the time of the assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual site
conditions, product availability, or scope changes agreed upon in writing.
An estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A project begins only upon execution
of a written agreement and receipt of any required deposit.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in your individual project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed
in writing, payment is due in accordance with the schedule outlined in your signed
contract. Late payments may be subject to applicable fees as permitted under Utah law.
5. Warranties and Workmanship
Rocky Mountain Windows & Doors stands behind the quality of our installations. Specific
warranty terms for labor and materials will be outlined in your project agreement.
Manufacturer warranties on products are passed through to the customer and are subject
to the respective manufacturer’s terms.
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing. Warranties do not cover damage caused by
misuse, accident, acts of nature, or modifications made by parties other than Rocky
Mountain Windows & Doors.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rocky Mountain Windows & Doors shall
not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of
or related to your use of this Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not
exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
